Along with Elyse Petersen, Muscaglione has developed two fine tea programs at two food service establishments in Las Vegas, most recently at the boutique Chinese casino and hotel, Lucky Dragon. They will explain the communication that was needed to initiate these programs and the steps involved with executing such a first-of-its-kind fine tea program. Now Las Vegas based, Joe Muscaglione is life long food and wine professional, chef, sommelier, musician, 
and naturalist and is considered by many as being one of the top experts on the wines and cuisines 
of Italy and China. 

A life long food and wine professional, musician, social media and natural living expert Joe has created and worked with some of the great restaurateurs, chefs and beverage programs in the world.

 At age 13 he began working 6 nights a week at his family restaurant while at same time playing lead guitar in a rock n roll band performing 2-3 nights a week and still going to school. 

Joe then moved to Sicily where he learned the nuisances of the food and wine business. Upon returning to the USA, Joe became one of the first Beverage Directors at Babbo NYC He was given what he calls 'the luxury' to help develop one of the great Italian only wine lists in the world. At Babbo, he worked closely with owners Joe Bastianch and Mario Batali.

He spent years working as a Wine Consultant for Winebow a premier Italian wine importer and created some of the amazing lists in the NY metropolitan area. Soon after moving to Las Vegas, Joe accepted the Beverage Director position at TAO, Las Vegas in 2005 helping launch and open TAO's successful wine and beverage programs.
